Experience Hervey Bay is available to recommend and coordinate local businesses and services to meet your needs, and offers a full planning service if you’d prefer a local professional on-the-ground to manage everything and ensure your celebration is a great success.

We have direct access to the best and most popular wedding venues, decorators, celebrants, photographers, caterers, music, florists, make-up & hair, transport, accommodation, restaurants and more.

We are available to assist with any type of celebration including elopements (with some very special remote locations by helicopter or boat), beachside weddings, formal weddings, commitment ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, hens & bucks parties, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals and special events.

We also work closely with Kingfisher Bay Resort if you’d like to have all or part of your special event on K’gari (Fraser Island).
