Whale Watching in Hervey Bay
Hervey Bay is internationally recognised as one of the best whale watching destinations in the world. Each year, migrating humpback whales stop here to rest, play and nurture their calves, offering calm-water encounters unlike anywhere else.
On this tour, you’ll enjoy dedicated whale watching time aboard a modern vessel, with spacious viewing decks and informative onboard commentary. Sightings often include breaching, tail slapping, spy hopping and playful calves swimming alongside their mothers.
Whale season typically runs from July to October, making this tour a must-do during winter and spring visits to the Fraser Coast.
