A: The itinerary runs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (approx. 10 hours).

Q: Where does the tour depart from?
A: Daily departures from Hervey Bay (River Heads) and Rainbow Beach (Inskip Point), with courtesy pick-ups from select accommodation.

Q: What type of vehicle will I be travelling in?
A: Our 4WD coaches have been specifically designed to navigate the sandy tracks and unique terrain found on K'gari. They are air-conditioned, have panoramic windows and are capable of carrying 40 passengers.

Q: Is lunch included?
A: Yes – enjoy a delicious hot and cold buffet lunch at K’gari Beach Resort.

Q: Can children join the tour?
A: Yes, the tour is family-friendly and suitable for children over the age of one. If your child is under the age of eight, please provide them with a car seat.

Q: Do I need a 4WD to explore Fraser Island?
A: No – all transport is included. You’ll travel aboard a comfortable, custom-built air-conditioned 4WD coach with an experienced guide.

Q: Do you offer multi-day tours of the island?
A: Yes, we do. Our tours range from single day to five-day itineraries with accommodation at Kingfisher Bay Resort and K'gari Beach Resort.
