Turtle Discovery Tour
4 hours 10.30am to 2.30pm
The Milbi glass bottom boat navigates through the beauty of the Great Sandy Strait Marine Park taking you to an island where you will be received by a warm Welcome to Country from a Butchulla Guide.
As you travel through the Straits, join the search for fish habitat amongst the coral reef, turtles, dolphins, sea bird colonies, and possibly a reef shark or dugong. Mother Nature will lead the way.
Time is spent on the island where you can swim or snorkel in crystal clear waters, play a game of beach cricket or take the opportunity to relax on the sandy beaches.
Immerse yourself in the Butchulla culture with our local Indigenous Guide. As we only carry small numbers, your personalised Aboriginal experience is shared in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Whilst it is our aim to offer the best marine experience possible, inclusions may vary to suit the most favourable weather for your comfort. Reef snorkelling is determined by the conditions on the day, if the reef is not possible a beach snorkel will be available.
