From November through March, thousands of Green and Loggerhead turtles return to Lady Elliot Island to nest on its pristine beaches. Depending on the time of your visit, you may witness nesting turtles, newly hatched turtles making their way to the ocean, or snorkel alongside turtles in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island.

This all-inclusive eco getaway combines breathtaking natural encounters with scenic flights, guided snorkelling experiences, delicious meals and unforgettable island adventures.

Turtle Nesting (November - March)
Watch female turtles return under the cover of darkness to lay their eggs on Lady Elliot Island's beaches. Join the island's expert marine biologists and ranger-guided evening walks (tide dependent) to learn about this remarkable natural event.

Turtle Hatchlings (January - April)
Experience the unforgettable sight of tiny hatchlings emerging from their nests and making their journey across the sand to the ocean.
